With over a decade of experience in leadership and client-focused roles, Melanie brings a warm, organized, and proactive presence to her role as Office Manager at Kinetic Physiotherapy, where she has been a vital part of the team since 2021.

Prior to joining Kinetic, she spent four years as Studio Manager at Exhale Pilates, honing her skills in operations, team management, and client services.

Melanie also spent eight years at lululemon, where she held the position of Educator, Key Leader and Community Lead and developed a strong foundation in leadership, team development, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for wellness make her an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, taking long walks with their dog, and unwinding to the sound of her favourite records. A music lover at heart, she finds joy and inspiration in listening to many different genres.

Melanie brings the same sense of care, balance, and connection to both her personal life and her role at the clinic.
