Functional Range Release & Functional Range Conditioning (Frr/frc)

"Functional Range Release® technique is a comprehensive system of soft tissue assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation that was designed using the most current scientific knowledge to ensure the highest quality care. FR® does not only function to treat injuries, it is also used to improve the quality of a persons movement, as well as to promote joint health and longevity.

Certified Functional Range Release® practitioners underwent extensive training in soft tissue palpation, treatment, and rehabilitation. This included a detailed look at the scientific literature pertaining to tissue health and injury."

What to expect:

Our certified FR® practitioners will start with an assessment including a thorough health history, postural and movement analysis, determine functional limitations, to gain insight into the injury you came in with. The practitioner will then use their placatory skills to efficiently and effectively feel where and what tissues are problematic. A specific approach allows for a better ability to apply specific manual treatment to correct the tissues.

"Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principals and research. Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively."
